Choose template, language, paragraphs, sentences; generate and copy for layout placeholders.

Options

Generation type: paragraphs / sentences / words / bytes. Amount: slider (paragraphs 1–100, sentences 1–500, words 1–10000, bytes 1–100000). Text type: standard Lorem Ipsum, English, Japanese, katakana, hiragana, tech. For standard Lorem only: "Start with Lorem ipsum" on/off.

Q: What text types can I generate?
A: Standard Lorem Ipsum, English, Japanese, katakana, hiragana, and a tech-themed text type are available. Choose the type that best fits your design context or target language.
Q: What generation units are supported?
A: Paragraphs (1–100), sentences (1–500), words (1–10,000), and bytes (1–100,000). Use bytes when you need to fill a specific character budget, such as a database field or API payload limit.
Q: What is the "Start with Lorem ipsum" option?
A: When enabled for the standard Lorem Ipsum type, the first paragraph always begins with the classic opening "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet…". Disable it to generate fully random Latin-style placeholder text.
Q: Can I use Japanese dummy text for UI mockups?
A: Yes. Selecting Japanese generates natural-looking hiragana/kanji text, while katakana and hiragana options produce pure-script output. These are useful for testing Japanese font rendering and CJK text layout.
Q: Does this tool send my settings to a server?
A: No. All text generation happens entirely in the browser. No data is sent to any server.
